Virus Warning
Our mail server and list of members has NOT been compromised or infected by a trojan however the spammers that send out email messages with fake but familiar addresses are proliferating. I've been getting numerous messages from "@stripersurf.com" and other websites that I manage. I just delete them however tonight I received a dangerous one:
Subject: stripersurf.com account notification From: stripersurf.com Member Services My virus software caught it although I would have immediately recognized it as being fake. It contained a virus variant of Win32/Kryptik.FSG trojan Please note that we rarely, very rarely, send out mass emails to our members. If you receive an email with an @stripersurf.com address that looks suspicious just delete it or send me an email asking if it is legit. BEFORE you open it!
